Pool rules

• Swimmers must not use the pool alone; a Lifeguard must be present on deck at all times.
• Proper swim attire is required; refrain from wearing cut-offs, gym shorts, or T-shirts unless approved by staff.
• Individuals with cuts, abrasions, or communicable skin diseases should refrain from using the pool.
• While not mandatory, bathing caps are recommended for your comfort.
• Before entering the pool, please ensure a soap shower is taken.
• For everyone’s safety, absolutely no glass, eating, or drinking is allowed in or around the pool area.
• Inflatable toys and flotation devices are not permitted in the pool.
• Personal belongings must be stored in lockers during pool usage.
• Please refrain from wearing street shoes on the pool deck.
• Running and unnecessary roughness are strictly prohibited in the pool area.
• Swimming under the deep end dividing line is strictly prohibited.
• Non-swimmers must remain in the shallow end of the pool.
• Hanging on lane lines or safety lines is not permitted.
• Only one person is allowed on the diving boards at a time.
• There should only be one bounce on the diving board before diving or jumping off the front.
• While the diving board is in use, no one is allowed in the deep end.
• Diving, cannon balls, etc., are prohibited in the shallow end of the pool.
• Jump feet first only in the shallow side of the pool.
• The use of the diving blocks is not allowed at any time.
• Please refrain from chewing gum or bringing band-aids into the pool area.
• Use of foul or offensive language is not tolerated.
• With the exception of service animals, pets are not allowed in the pool area.
• Mono-Fins, which cover the legs/hips/knees/ankles, are prohibited. For example, Mermaid Tails are not allowed.
• The Lifeguard has complete authority in and around the pool area for everyone’s safety.
