Good to know
Facility hours are built from the lap swim and recreational swim schedules and merged per day. Programs and times are subject to change or cancellation due to lifeguard availability.
The Sunday recreational swim time is printed as '1:00 pm - 1:00 pm' (looks like an error, subject to cancellation due to lifeguard availability), so it is not included.
The page says both pools are heated to 80 degrees F and 'Join us and keep cool year round'.
Summer swim lessons (June 20 - August 15, 2026) and their registration dates have already passed.
The H2O aerobics table shows the same days and times as the lap swim table; the two activities may share the same windows or one table may be a copy.
Page says there are 2 pools 'located inside the facility'; whether the pools are indoor was not stated, so setting is left out.

Nothing usable for this pool: the saved page is the City of Downey general aquatics page (swim lessons). It lists a facility at 11111 Brookshire Avenue, (562) 869-7331, 'Effective July 6, 2026: Mon - Thu 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Fri CLOSED', but it does not name that facility and the address differs from Downey High School Aquatic Center (10900 Brookshire Ave), so it was not matched and not used.
Swim lesson text on the page refers to the 'Summer 2025 Issue' and looks outdated.

Page lists general 'Hours of Operation' of Mon-Thu 3:00 PM-8:00 PM, Fri 3:00 PM-6:00 PM, Sat and Sun 9:00 AM-3:00 PM.
